SO LITTLE, SO SWEET, SO SOON…

Seeing you run to the door and greeting me with kisses, seeing you run up the throw pillows to get on the bed before me every night, seeing you waking me every morning with your puppy kisses (that fast moving little tongue), seeing you looking at me while riding in your car seat, seeing you lay on your back while I brushed your hair or rubbed your belly (Tyler said this was your kryptonite), seeing you run and take a toy away from your big sis Bayleigh…they say memories are golden, well maybe that’s true, I never wanted memories, I only wanted you. In life I loved you dearly, in death I love you still, in my heart you hold a place no one could ever fill.

Bayleigh has taken ownership of your “princess bed” and will not let any other dog get in it. She jumps in it as if to protect it for you. She knows that she became “queen” when you arrived at our house as the “Princess”. She misses you too! She often goes to all the places you both use to play and looks for you. She brings me the favorite toys you both used to play with and wants me to play with her now.

Daddy really misses you too! He has been really sad since you’ve been gone. He talks about you all the time. Tyler and Tiffany miss you too.

Someone told me that an angel child needed a puppy in heaven and that’s why GOD took you to be with them. I hope wherever you are you are happy. I know you are making everyone around you SMILE!

Although you were only with us for four months, you left a BIG impression in our hearts and your bubbly personality touched everyone that knew you. Our hearts still ache in sadness, and secret tears still flow, what it meant to lose you, no one will ever know. We held you in our arms for only a little while, but we will hold you in our hearts forever!
