How do I pay for the Items I want to Purchase?

1. Select the Options enter any information in boxes provided in the Purchase Box on any Item Page.
2. Select the Add to Cart Button and you will be directed to the secure PayPal Shopping Cart.
3. The item you are purchasing will appear on the list.
4. At that point either continue shopping or press the checkout Button.
5. When you go to checkout you will go to a log-in screen for PayPal.
6. There is no charge to you, the buyer, for the PayPal services.
7. PayPal is a secure and efficient way of making payments on the web.

How do I tell you what size to make the item I want to order?

On any page find the menu on the bottom or the Side Navigation Menu and select the item labeled Measurement Form; click on this item to enter and submit data to us regarding measurements or size and other information.  You can also select the Measurement Form Box on the page above the purchase box.

Do you take Checks or Money Orders?

1. We do not accept Personal Checks or Debit Cards.
2. The preferred method of payment is through PayPal with a credit card.
3. We will accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks or well hidden CASH.
4. Just email Linda with your order and she will forward mailing information and Total cost of order including shipping and handling.
5. Once payment is received then your order will be processed.

I have never heard of PayPal before?

1. PayPal has to establish you, the customer, as a unique user so that personal information used during the transaction is kept safe and secure.

How do I order something special made with colors or fabrics that are not shown on your web page?

1. On any page find the menu on the bottom and select the item labeled Measurement Form, click on this item to enter and submit data to us regarding size, special colors and other information.
2. Then we will respond whether or not it is possible to make the item you wish to order.
3. We have access to many fabrics and colors that are not listed on the website. We stock more fabric than displayed on this website. Please do not hesitate to order a special fabric. There is no extra charge for special fabric or color orders.
4. Email Linda with your special requests and she will try to fill them. She will provide pricing and will process your order upon reciept of payment.
   Special Orders will have to be paid by PayPal button on email or by Money Order, Cashiers check or well hidden cash prior to shipping.

What happens if the garment you make is not the correct size?

1. You the customer are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements that you submit.
2. If you are ordering for a puppy allow extra sizing for some growth.
3. Most of our fashions are made with stretchable fabric and are machine or hand washable.
4. Allow for a full growth of hair when submitting measurements.
5. If you are ordering for a male dog, please measure the length so that the genitals will not be obstructed.
6. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements given to us for the making of the item ordered.

Are hair accessories included or available to purchase?

1. Hair accessories are not included or available to purchase. They are only digitized on the photos.
2. If you would like to make them, please let Linda know and she will include a piece of fabric and the little rubber bands in your order.

Do you have any common sizes ie.. small, medium, and large?

1. We do not pre-make any item of clothing.
2. Dogs come in all different sizes, shapes and breeds so this is why we specialize in custom made apparel.
3. If you have trouble getting size information then purchase the item and send the actual measurements by email to Linda when they are available.

What is the difference between , Girl Shirt, and Shirt Tail Cut?

1. The has trim material on the neck, sleeves, and hem.
2. The Girl Shirthas trim material on the neck and sleeves with a tapered hem with a frilly edge on the hem.
3. The Shirt Tail Cut is for male dogs trim material on the neck and sleeves with a tapered hem cut short to make potty friendly and no frills.

How long will it take for my order to be filled and be delivered to me?

Your order will take one to two weeks to be prepared. Depending on order size and complexity there may be more time involved to ship the entire order.  You will be notified of date of shipping.  If shipped within the USA tracking information will be forwarded.  Tracking is not available to International shipping addresses.

We custom make our clothing to fit each particular dog. We do not prepare ahead certain sizes and have you guess at the right fit personalized for your pooch.
